- Focus on successful transition from 8th grade and navigation of high school to promote school connectedness
- Teacher teams focus on attendance, behavior, and course grades – on-time promotion to 10th grade
- Career/postsecondary exposure

High School Success, Postsecondary and Career Navigation
- Grade Level teacher teams (10-12) focus on progressive set of equitable academic, social-emotional and workforce readiness milestones that demonstrate college and career readiness, including good grades in challenging courses
- Universal postsecondary and career advising/navigation and work experiences
- Hand-off between 12th grade and guided career/postsecondary pathway
